Patti in the copy center went above and beyond to help me with my small project, I can't say enough, It appeared she had a lot going on at once, and she was able to multitask and help me out. Everyone in the store is very helpful, great to have staples and the excellent customer service they provide right in our neighborhood!
I only went to use the printer.... everything went very well. The customer service was prompt and friendly. A very nice experience.
Did not deal with an employee, they were busy so I got the manager first off. He was extremely rude, condescending and sarcastic. By far one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had. i will drive form Irondequoit to Webster now rather that come back to this store. I will never shop here again, wasting an hour of my time gonig to Webster is worth it do not deal with this lunatic again.
