Some back to back reservations which made for short wait times
Wish it was a 24hr storage place. It unfortunately restricts you to a normal schedule for business. It is climate controlled and relatively clean.
The first U-Haul store on East Ridge Road did not have the truck ready so we had to go down to the other U-Haul store few blocks away on East Ridge Road little frustrating
Workers friendly and courteous...Would def use again.
Horrible horrible experience... apparently if you online reserve...it's a request and not a reservation
